Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of four direct reports within the soft services function.
  • Oversee the delivery and quality of soft services across multiple facilities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and report directly to the Facilities Management Section Head.
  • Ensure compliance with service standards, health and safety regulations, and operational KPIs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across soft service operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • UAE National with Family Book
  • 7+ years of proven experience in soft services or facilities management, ideally within large-scale or complex environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and service providers.
  • Background in cleaning, pest control, or planning services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
