Role Summary
First Abu Dhabi Bank is hiring a Soft Services and Facility Operations Manager to oversee a wide range of support services across its UAE and international locations. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for managing soft services manpower, front desk operations, pantry supplies, coffee and snack vending, landscaping, pest control, sustainability initiatives, and executive support. The role plays a critical part in enhancing operational excellence, environmental compliance, and customer-facing functions across the bank s premises.

What You ll Do

* Lead a workforce of over 450 outsourced staff and 17 core team members to deliver soft services and front office support across all FAB locations
* Develop strategic plans and budgets (approx. 30 million) for facilities operations including pantry, vending, landscaping, pest control, and office support
* Oversee all soft services operations, ensuring vendor SLAs, hygiene standards, and facility compliance across UAE and global branches
* Manage contracts, tendering, performance evaluations, and service upgrades for pantry consumables, water, snacks, and coffee vending machines
* Implement automation and sustainability solutions such as robotic cleaning, digital attendance tracking, CAFM, and eco-friendly supplies
* Monitor regulatory compliance with ISO and environmental laws, focusing on waste reduction, recycling, and carbon footprint reduction
* Ensure consistent, high-quality services for executive offices, lounges, boardrooms, and internal catering events
* Manage the front office workforce with full responsibility for recruitment, training, coverage, grooming standards, and customer experience
* Drive innovation and operational efficiency across all service units through continuous improvement and technology adoption
* Provide reporting and insights to senior management for performance, risks, and opportunities for cost savings and service enhancements

Candidate Requirements

* 7 10 years of experience in facilities management, soft services, or hospitality operations in national or international organizations
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and vendor management skills with proven success in managing large, diverse teams
* Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic, and French preferred
* Familiarity with sustainability initiatives, soft services technology, hygiene protocols, and customer service in VIP settings
* Professional presence, attention to detail, and adaptability in fast-paced environments
* Strong reporting and presentation skills, experience with policy creation and team performance evaluation
* Ability to independently manage complex, multi-site operations and executive-facing services
