Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily soft services operations such as cleaning, housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
- Plan and assign work schedules to staff, ensuring optimal manpower allocation.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure services are delivered to agreed standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, and support training initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times.
- Liaise with clients to address concerns, handle requests, and maintain strong working relationships.
