Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, original content (text, images, video) tailored to each social channel.
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building a vibrant and interactive online community.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform strategy and optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and potential partners to expand reach and credibility.
  • Handle crisis communications and reputation management on social platforms as needed.
  • Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and grow online communities.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site, and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices.
