- VACANCY:
- We are recruiting a professional candidate to join the Marketing Team as per the following details:
- Designation: Social Media Specialist - French Speaker
- Location: Adamco Pharm, 6 October, Giza
- Reporting: Marketing Manager
- Job Purpose:
- The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and executing engaging content across various social media platforms to build and nurture our online community, enhance brand visibility, and support overall marketing goals.
- This role involves planning, content creation, community management, performance analysis, and staying up-to-date with social media trends and best practices.
- A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Create and manage a social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all relevant platforms.
- Plan, create, curate, and publish engaging content, including original text, images, videos & infographics, tailored to each platform's best practices and audience preferences.
- Write compelling and brand-consistent captions, headlines, and calls to action.
- Collaborate with design, copywriting, and other internal teams to develop visually appealing and effective social media assets.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, messages, and reviews.
- Engage with the online community by responding to inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, fostering positive relationships.
- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, engagement, conversions, website traffic, follower growth) using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize social media performance and inform future strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of paid social media campaigns across various
- platforms, including budget monitoring.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all social media communications maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure alignment of social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
Desired Candidate Profile
B. Job Requirements:
1. Level of Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role.
- Demonstrable experience managing and growing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
3. Language:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. English & French fluency essential.
- Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of major social media platforms, their features, and audience demographics.
4.IT Literacy:
- Professional computer and MS-Office skills
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.

- Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing social media data, identifying trends, and drawing actionable insights.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic Design Skills (preferred): Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.
- SEO Knowledge (preferred): Understanding of how social media contributes to SEO and content discoverability.
