Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to the Saudi market across platforms such as Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create engaging, culturally relevant content (text, images, videos, stories) that resonates with Saudi audiences and aligns with brand objectives.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and influencer partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices in the Saudi digital landscape.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Identify opportunities for growth and brand visibility within the Saudi market.
- Ensure all content adheres to local cultural norms, sensitivities, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support crisis management and reputation monitoring efforts as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on the Saudi market.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging, culturally relevant content.
- Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, native platform insights).
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
