Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, relevant content across all major social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a vibrant online community that reflects the company s values and mission.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and technical teams to align social media content with broader marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the company s digital presence remains innovative and competitive.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 4-7 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B sector.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
