Social Media Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Using data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
    • Preparing monthly reports to showcase performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Ad Campaign Management:
    • Setting up and managing ad campaigns on social media platforms.
    • Monitoring and optimizing ad performance to achieve the best results.
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Building positive relationships with customers.
    • Quickly responding to inquiries and complaints.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Collaborating and working as a team with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Staying Updated:
    • Keeping up with the latest developments in social media marketing and experimenting with new techniques.
Job Requirements:
  • Residence in Mansoura (Work from the company s office).
  • 1-2 years of experience.
