Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage all official ministry social media platforms around the clock (24/7 shift system).
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Engage with the public by responding to inquiries and comments.
• Coordinate content publishing with the Government Communication Department.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing government or corporate social media accounts.
• Advanced knowledge of performance analytics tools such as Meta Business, Hootsuite, and Sprout Social.
• Strong skills in formal writing and prompt response.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
