Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories) across all social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements to maximize reach and engagement.
Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain consistent brand identity.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role (minimum 2 5 years).
Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ad management platforms.
Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
