Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content tailored to the beauty and comfort industry, including images, videos, and written posts.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall brand objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Manage influencer partnerships and user-generated content initiatives to expand brand reach.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  • Ensure all social media content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle sectors.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, open office environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent presentation skills
