Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement weekly and monthly content plans across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Write and create engaging content that aligns with the brand identity, including posts, stories, and short videos.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns in coordination with the marketing team or agency.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns and content using analytics tools (Insights, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments and direct messages, ensuring strong audience engagement.
- Collaborate with design and video production teams to create high-quality visual content.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and apply them strategically to support company goals.
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics (Reach, Engagement, Clicks, Leads, ROI).
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the brand s digital identity.
- Propose creative ideas to improve engagement, increase followers, and boost conversions/sales.
- Strong knowledge of all social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Excellent marketing and creative content writing skills in both Arabic and English.
- Good understanding of managing paid advertising campaigns.
- Ability to use analytics and reporting tools effectively.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt quickly to new trends.
- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a marketing agency or commercial company).
