Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align social media content with overall brand messaging and campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and credibility.
  • Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms as needed.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
