Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee social media accounts, including Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (visual, video, and written) aligned with brand tone and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and industry news to identify real-time engagement opportunities.
  • Implement social media strategies to increase followers, engagement rates, and conversions. Collaborate with creative, marketing, PR, and paid media teams to align content with broader campaigns.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using platform analytics and third-party tools.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and audience interactions in line with internal guidelines.
  • Maintain an up-to-date content calendar and ensure timely content delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing social media pages on all platforms.
  • Understanding of scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite). Proven track record of social media analytics and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong creative skills with an eye for design, trends, and storytelling. Excellent copywriting and communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Familiarity with paid social media campaigns and basic SEO principles.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and clients.
