Roles & Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
Full-time Remote, No Visa Required!
Must be fluent in English and Arabic!
Strategic Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage a talented team of graphic designers and copywriters, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure creative, timely, and high-quality content production.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and culturally aware work environment, recognizing and respecting the diversity of team members from various nationalities and backgrounds.
Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business growth for diverse clients.
Plan and manage monthly content calendars, campaign strategies, and platform-specific initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Conduct competitor audits, trend analysis, and audience research to uncover innovative opportunities for client growth and market differentiation.
Creative Content & Brand Management
Oversee the creation of engaging multimedia content, posts, reels, stories, videos, and carousels that resonate with audiences and elevate brand storytelling.
Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and writers to produce visually compelling, on-brand content, following up until posts are live.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, visual identity, and messaging across all channels.
Performance Analytics & Optimization
Monitor KPIs, engagement metrics, and audience insights to measure campaign success and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, providing actionable insights to maximize ROI.
Community Growth & Strategic Partnerships (10 % of the workload)
Build, nurture, and engage communities around client brands.
Support collaborations with influencers, agencies, and strategic partners to amplify reach and impact.
Coordinate paid campaigns, collaborations, and brand partnerships to drive visibility and growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2 -3 years of proven experience in social media management, agency experience is a plus.
Strong team management skills with experience leading teams.
Deep understanding of digital marketing tools and social media trends.
Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
Shows great flexibility in incorporating feedback and consistently handles criticism with maturity and composure.

Recruitment Process
1. Trial Task
Create a 1-week social media strategy and content calendar for the agency, including captions, marketing strategy, and design briefs.
2. Interview Presentation
Present your work and explain the reasoning and strategy behind it.
3. One-Week Team Trial (Probation)
Work directly with the team to assess creativity, marketing logic, and team management skills. This week is unpaid, but if you are hired full-time, it will be compensated at the end of your first month.
