Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for our clients.

  • Identify and achieve key social media performance indicators.

  • Prepare, manage, and monitor social media content plans and calendars.

  • Create and execute ideas for creative photoshoots and short videos, working with editors.

  • Participate in campaign ideas regarding execution and measure the success of each campaign on social media.

  • Stay updated on the latest practices and best techniques in social media.

  • Use social media tools such as Amplify, Talkwalker, and others.

  • Collaborate with the customer service team, social media team, and creative team to ensure content plans are innovative and engaging.

  • Monitor user engagement and suggest content improvements.

  • Recruit/train others in the social media team.

  • Provide constructive feedback on social media plans and campaigns.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in social media.
Comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Exceptional ability to create engaging and unique content.
Content writing skills, content creation, and social media expertise.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
Strong analytical skills to measure and improve performance.
