Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content tailored for various social platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels to respond promptly to customer queries and comments.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support campaigns with social media activity.
  • Analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytical tools and data metrics.
  • Identify and stay updated on social media trends and best practices in the industry.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Develop relationships with influencers and engage with them for brand collaborations.
  • Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand initiatives.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and persona across all social media platforms.
  • Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts and improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards related to social media use.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience working in social media marketing or similar role is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to design engaging multimedia content.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in managing social media advertising and influencer partnerships is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is advantageous.
