Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter.
  • Plan and execute monthly content calendars and campaigns.
  • Create engaging content and coordinate with design & content teams.
  • Handle community management: replies, comments, and interactions.
  • Monitor online reputation and maintain positive brand presence.
  • Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
  • Work closely with clients and manage day-to-day requirements.
  • Stay updated with trends and suggest creative ideas.
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency.
  • Strong skills in content creation, community management & ORM.
  • Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Twitter.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently.
  • Excellent English communication; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and updated with digital trends.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Degree in marketing, media, communications, or related field.
