Job Title: Social Media Specialist


Job Overview:



We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage our company s online presence across various social platforms. The role involves creating engaging content, building brand awareness, increasing audience engagement, and analysing performance metrics to drive growth and align with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.

Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) across all platforms.

Monitor and respond to audience interactions, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, design, operations) to ensure consistent branding.

Manage social media calendars and schedule posts.

Track KPIs, prepare reports, and analyse campaign performance to optimize results.

Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Coordinate with influencers, agencies, or external partners when needed.

Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, guidelines, and company policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Coordinator, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, YouTube).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with strong visual sense and basic graphic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc. preferred).

Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in paid social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).

Familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.

Basic photography and videography skills.
