Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Copywriting
* Write engaging, on-brand captions, post copy, and social media text tailored for each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
* Develop content that aligns with brand tone, voice, and objectives.
* Adapt messaging for different audiences and campaign goals (e.g. awareness, engagement, conversions).
2. Short-Form Video Creation (Reels, TikTok, Shorts)
* Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos, primarily for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
* Stay on top of platform trends and creatively incorporate them into branded content.
* Work independently or with the creative team to execute quick-turnaround video concepts.
3. Social Media Planning & Publishing
* Assist in building and executing the content calendar in coordination with the marketing team.
* Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms using tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
4. Creative Concept Development
* Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas (posts, Reels, Stories, challenges, etc.).
* Participate in campaign planning and content strategy sessions.
* Live coverage of events or product launches via
Stories/Reels.
* Influencer content coordination (e.g. writing captions for collab posts)
5. Platform & Trend Monitoring
* Research current social media trends, sounds, hashtags, and competitor content.
* Monitor algorithm changes and adjust strategies to maintain reach and engagement.
6. Community Engagement Support
* Collaborate with the social media manager or community manager to craft responses, comments, and DMs when needed.
* Use content to spark engagement and encourage user interaction.
7. Collaboration with Design & Marketing Teams
* Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other content creators to deliver cohesive and high-performing content.
* Provide feedback on creative assets and suggest optimizations based on engagement results.
8. Basic Reporting & Content Performance Tracking
* Track performance of Reels and written content (views, likes, shares, engagement rate).
* Provide insights and recommendations for future content improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Years of Experience: 4-6 years
-Bachelor's degree: BA in Mass Communication, Advertising, Communications.

1. Content Writing & Copywriting
* Crafting engaging, clear, and on-brand social media captions and posts.
* Adapting tone and style for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Linkedin).
* Strong grammar, storytelling, and persuasive writing abilities.
* Understanding of SEO basics and hashtag strategies for discoverability.
2. Short-Form Video Production
* Shooting high-quality videos using smartphones or cameras.
* Basic video editing skills using tools like InShot, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar apps.
* Knowledge of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts formats and best practices.
* Ability to create quick-turnaround, trendy content that resonates with the target audience.
3. Social Media Platform Knowledge
* Deep understanding of platform-specific features (Stories, Reels, TikTok trends).
* Experience with content scheduling and publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
* Awareness of social media algorithms and how to optimize content for reach and engagement.
4. Creativity & Trend Awareness
* Ability to ideate creative content concepts aligned with brand strategy.
* Keeping up with social media trends, challenges, popular music, and formats.
* Strong visual storytelling sense, including framing and composition for video shoots.
5. Analytical Skills
* Tracking and analyzing performance metrics (views, likes, shares, engagement).
* Using insights to optimize content strategy and execution.

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
