Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand online and in person. You will lead our social media strategy, manage our website, create engaging presentations, and produce high-quality visual content. This is a highly visible role that requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and a professional presence when representing the gallery to key clients.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including creating and scheduling daily content across all platforms.
  • Create and edit short videos and images for social media, website, and other marketing materials.
  • Perform color correction and other basic photo and video editing to ensure all visuals are polished and on-brand.
  • Design and create invitations for exhibitions and other gallery events.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, community engagement, and brand mentions.
  • Manage and update the gallery website, ensuring all content is current and accurate.
  • Design and deliver professional presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Represent the gallery at client meetings and industry events, maintaining a professional and knowledgeable demeanor.
  • Analyze social media metrics and website traffic to report on performance and inform future strategies. Come up with new ideas for gallery expansion.
  • Stay updated with current and prospective events.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organization.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including content creation tools and scheduling software.
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar tools).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A professional and polished appearance with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Experience with website content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
