Roles & Responsibilities
A- Who the hell are we?
EGi isn t your average company. We re the engine behind Iraq s biggest entertainment, gaming, and content movement from producing viral shows in our state-of-the-art studios to building the first all-in-one app for gamers with tournaments, original content, and social tools.
Now, we re looking for someone who can manage our digital presence, talk to the world like a human (not a bot), and build relationships that actually mean something not just the fake LinkedIn kind.
B- Who are you (aka the digital voice, relationship whisperer, and chaos smoother)
You don t just run pages you own the narrative. You know how to build online communities, spark conversations, and create content people actually care about.
At the same time, you re a people person IRL the kind who clients trust, teams rely on, and brands want on their side. You can manage tough conversations, pitch bold ideas, and make sure the right people feel seen, heard, and hyped.
You think in memes, captions, DMs, and strategies. You know when to post, what to post, and most importantly why it matters.
C- What you ll be doing (aka your mission to connect, engage, and grow)
Lead and execute EGi s social media strategy across all platforms (IG, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.).
Manage the content calendar, post schedules, and live coverage of events or campaigns.
Collaborate with creatives, writers, and video editors to produce scroll-stopping content.
Monitor analytics, trends, and performance and tweak strategies based on real data, not vibes.
Act as the main point of contact for key clients and partners ensuring they're informed, excited, and fully aligned with what we re creating.
Respond to DMs, comments, and online chatter with wit, speed, and brand-aligned tone.
Build social playbooks and client reports that turn metrics into clear storytelling.
Ensure our online presence reflects the energy, edge, and excellence of EGi s brand.

Proven experience in social media management and/or client relations ideally in creative, entertainment, or digital industries.
Killer copywriting and community management skills you know how to talk to people, not at them.
Strong organizational and communication abilities you keep projects moving and people aligned.
Confidence in handling client communication with professionalism and flair.
A deep understanding of digital culture, trends, and platform algorithms.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and apply insights to strategy.
A proactive, team-first mindset and passion for all things creative, gaming, and community.
F- Bonus XP:
Experience in gaming, esports, or entertainment industries.
Background in influencer marketing or managing creator partnerships.
Fluency in Arabic and English (with social-savvy tone in both).
You ve handled crisis comms, viral moments, or campaign pivots like a pro.
Ability to ideate and execute platform-specific content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks, etc.).
