Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with online communities and followers in a timely and professional manner.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing regular reports to inform ongoing strategy.
Collaborate with marketing, events, and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to maximize reach and impact.
Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and promotions.
Assist in managing social media advertising budgets and optimizing paid campaigns.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities for engagement.
Ensure all content aligns with the company s mission, values, and sustainability initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual storytelling abilities.
Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from social media analytics.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Passion for sustainability, eco-tourism, or environmental advocacy is highly desirable.
