Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Provide first-line IT support to office staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Maintain and update the company website and digital platforms as needed, ensuring accuracy and functionality.
Install, configure, and maintain office IT equipment, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
Monitor social media analytics and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure data security and compliance with company IT policies and best practices.
Train staff on new software applications and digital tools to improve productivity.
Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related purchases, repairs, and upgrades.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a combined social media management and IT support role.
Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms and create engaging content.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues in an office environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
Experience with website content management systems and basic HTML/CSS.
Familiarity with IT security protocols and data privacy regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to stay updated on the latest trends in social media and IT support.
