Roles & Responsibilities
A Social Media and Content Executive serves as the primary contact for all social media activities, overseeing online reputation management, content creation, strategic planning, and the daily management of active social channels to ensure an engaging and consistent brand presence.What will I be doing?Content Creation & Management Produce high-quality photo and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), aligning with Waldorf Astoria s luxury brand standards.Create Arabic-language content tailored to regional and local cultural preferences while ensuring global brand alignmentMaintain and manage a dynamic content calendar to ensure consistent posting across platformsEdit and adapt content for various markets, balancing global campaigns with localized messagingSocial Media Monitoring & EngagementMonitor social media channels daily, responding promptly and appropriately in both Arabic and English. Engage with guests, followers, and influencers to build brand loyalty and drive conversationEscalate guest concerns and feedback to relevant teams in a timely mannerCampaign SupportDevelop and implement social media campaigns for key hotel promotions, events, and seasonal activitiesSupport paid social campaigns by assisting with targeting, ad creative, and performance monitoring.Analytics & ReportingTrack engagement, reach, and ROI across platforms, providing actionable insights for improvement. Prepare regular reports for management, highlighting performance against KPIs. CollaborationWork closely with the Director of Marketing & Public Relations and other hotel departments (Sales, F&B, Spa, Events) to align digital strategies. Coordinate with Hilton regional marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. Trend Analysis & InnovationStay up-to-date with global and Middle Eastern social media trends. Experiment with new formats, tools, and storytelling techniques to maximize audience engagement. Recommend and test new content formats and platform features to maximize reach and engagement.What are we looking for?A Social Media and Content Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:Exceptional communication, with the ability to reflect a sophisticated and refined brand voiceHigh level of IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and WordProactive approach to meeting deadlines and targetsExcellent organizational and administration skillsExperience in managing social media and content creation within the luxury hospitality or 5-star hotel property Proficiency in advanced social media and analytics tools to deliver high-impact, luxury-driven digital campaigns.
