Roles & Responsibilities


Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating high-quality, mobile-first photography and video content for social media. This includes lifestyle shoots, campaign shoots, events, and live activations. You will work in fast-paced environments where speed and quality are equally important, producing content that feels authentic, premium, and aligned with each client s brand.



Key Responsibilities

  • Create mobile-first and lightweight gear photography and video for lifestyle shoots, campaigns, events, and live activations
  • Cover luxury brand launches, hospitality events, and high-profile gatherings with real-time content delivery
  • Work with talent, models, or real guests to produce aspirational lifestyle content for hotels, resorts, real estate, and high-end brands
  • Plan, execute, and deliver creative assets for social media campaigns in collaboration with Tribe X creative directors
  • Stay updated on social platform trends and apply them to content where relevant
  • Edit and deliver content the same day when required, optimized for multiple platforms
  • Represent Tribe X on-site with clients, ensuring smooth communication and professionalism
  • Contribute ideas for campaigns, reels, and activations
  • Maintain consistent quality and brand alignment across all work



Requirements

  • 2 5 years of experience creating social-first content in an agency, brand, or freelance setting
  • Portfolio showing strong short-form video and lifestyle photography/videography work
  • Skilled in mobile content creation and comfortable with lightweight professional gear
  • Fast, intuitive editing skills using tools like CapCut, InShot, Lightroom Mobile, or similar
  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments without sacrificing quality
  • Understanding of luxury brand positioning and visual standards
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence when working with clients on-site
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and travel when required
