Role

• Develop and review architectural designs, plans, and specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to guarantee the seamless integration of building systems.
• Provide expert technical guidance throughout the construction phase.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Apply sustainable design principles and remain informed of industry developments.

Requirements

• A bachelor s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering is essential; a master s degree would be advantageous.
• A minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in architectural design and engineering, with a focus on large-scale construction projects, including high-rise structures.
• Professional accreditation or licensure (such as RIBA or AIA) is highly desirable.
• Proficient in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, Autodesk, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, and architectural detailing.
• Demonstrate leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills suited to a professional environment.
