Roles & Responsibilities

About the role
As a SME Sales Representative at Inyad , you will play a key role in expanding our client portfolio by identifying, targeting, and engaging companies that can benefit from our solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle: from prospecting to signing, including negotiation and product demonstration.
You will work closely with the product, marketing, and support teams to ensure a smooth and lasting customer experience.

Your tasks
  • Identify, prospect and qualify new professional clients (SMEs, franchise networks, etc.)
  • Understanding the needs of prospects to offer suitable solutions
  • Present our products and services in a clear, convincing and personalized manner
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to signing
  • Track and achieve monthly lead, opportunity and revenue goals
  • Ensure regular reporting of commercial performance (CRM, dashboards, etc.)
  • Maintain competitive intelligence and identify new market opportunities
  • Feed back customer feedback to the relevant teams to improve offers
Your profile
  • Bac+3 or higher in commerce, marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B/SME sales , ideally in the tech, software or business services sectors
  • Excellent communication, listening and persuasion skills
  • Go for prospecting and achieving ambitious goals
  • Sense of negotiation and closing
  • Autonomy, rigor, organizational skills and team spirit
  • My proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and the Office suite
