Position Overview
The Skincare Specialist Dubai, UAE is responsible for delivering expert skincare consultations, personalized product recommendations, and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on supporting customers with their skincare and dermatology needs while ensuring smooth retail operations and driving sales performance.

What You ll Do

* Provide tailored skincare advice and recommend products that match customer needs
* Highlight features, advantages, and benefits of products to enhance customer decisions
* Assist in product selection, purchase, and consultation with emphasis on skincare and beauty ranges
* Apply upselling, cross-selling, and suggestive selling techniques to maximize sales value
* Monitor stock levels, product availability, and shelf life to ensure accurate display and rotation
* Safeguard merchandise against loss, damage, and pilferage
* Maintain store cleanliness, organized displays, and accurate price tagging in line with planograms
* Prepare promotional setups with marketing materials to attract customer attention
* Resolve customer complaints within company service standards and escalate as needed
* Support operational reports, pricing updates, and store compliance procedures
* Contribute to team development plans, maintain attendance and grooming standards, and follow company policies

Ideal Profile

* Diploma, degree, or certification in pharmacy, dermatology, or related field
* Previous retail or beauty industry experience, preferably in skincare products
* Strong knowledge of fashion and beauty trends with retail operational skills
* Proficiency in customer service, sales techniques, and basic computer systems
* Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain a customer-focused approach
* Professional integrity, adaptability, and collaborative mindset
