As the Skills Development Partner Technology & Innovation Skills (Emiratisation), your role will be to provide strategic support to the business in the design, development, and delivery of business-critical learning solutions, aligned to Emirates Group values and the employee experience.

In This Role, You Will

  • Support Strategic Business Partners and stakeholders in the creation and implementation of solutions to address critical and strategic business needs
  • Facilitate dynamic experiences through both digital and traditional delivery of learning solutions
  • Collaborate with the Digital Experience Production team to integrate digital elements into new and revised solutions
  • Deliver learning experiences that meet Emirates Group standards, as outlined by Learning Experience Standards
  • Engage in opportunities to continually strengthen facilitation skills
  • Curate dynamic, digitally focused strategic learning paths
  • Create and promote social learning solutions and advocate for a learning culture across the Group
  • Apply High Impact Evaluation guidelines by consistently mapping impact and measurement tools to all solutions
  • Continually seek opportunities to enhance business acumen
  • Work cross-functionally across the Learning and Talent portfolio to deliver mission-driven solutions to the business

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Degree or Honours, preferably in a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources or Training
  • Proven ability to design and deliver effective training solutions
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools and systems, with the ability to train others on essential computer skills and workplace technology
