Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Install, repair, and maintain HVAC equipment, including VRF systems, package units, ducting, and chilled water systems, adhering to safety protocols

  • Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/VRF/Package units, ducting, and chilled water systems, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues in MEP systems, providing effective and timely solutions.

  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately understand system layouts and specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma/Certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of HVAC systems.

  • Minimum 2-5 years of hands-on experience in the MEP/HVAC industry, with a focus on VRF, package units, and chilled water systems.

  • Demonstrates proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics, essential for accurate installations and repairs.
