We are looking for a detail-oriented Site Surveyor to provide accurate measurements and layout works at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Survey Operations

• Establish and maintain survey grid for all pile locations.
• Position piles within ±25mm horizontal tolerance.
• Control elevations with ±10mm accuracy.
• Conduct daily as-built surveys and prepare reports.
• Verify hammer line positions before pile installation.

Technical Tasks

• Set up and manage permanent control points across site.
• Align all levels to Mean Sea Level (MSL).
• Set out pile centers for operators and crews.
• Track pile installation progress against schedule.
• Check pile diameters, verticality, and penetration depth.

Equipment & Technology

• Operate RTK GPS and Total Stations for accurate surveys.
• Use marine survey equipment for offshore positioning.
• Maintain electronic survey records and databases.
• Process survey data in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar software.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or Surveying.
• Licensed Surveyor or equivalent certification (preferred).
• Training in marine/hydrographic surveying an advantage.

Technical Expertise:

• 5+ years with GNSS/RTK, Total Stations, and leveling equipment.
• 3+ years in marine/offshore construction surveying.
• Strong knowledge of piling survey tolerances and QC checks.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica Geo Office, or Trimble Access.
• Familiar with coordinate systems and datum transformations.

Professional Experience:

• 7+ years’ experience in construction surveying.
• 3+ years in marine/offshore projects.
• Experience handling large-scale projects (1000+ elements).
• Knowledge of ISO survey standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Ability to lead and manage survey crews.
