Site Supervisor

Supervise and monitor all on-site execution activities in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project plans.

• Ensure work progress aligns with the project schedule and execution plans.
• Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and site procedures.
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage on site.
• Identify and resolve technical issues during execution and report to management.
• Inspect completed work and ensure readiness for inspection and handover.
• Participate in technical and coordination meetings.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly site progress reports.

Bachelor s degree or technical diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

• Proven experience in supervising construction execution on site.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and drawings.
• Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
