The Site Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing and ensuring that construction projects are executed efficiently and safely. Reporting to the project manager, the Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the site team, ensuring adherence to plans, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with health and safety guidelines and regulations. This position necessitates a combination of technical knowledge, leadership skills, and problem-solving capabilities. The Site Supervisor ensures that construction adheres to design specifications and is completed within the requisite timeframe and budget parameters. Effective communication with both the onsite team and offsite stakeholders is essential to the success of this role.

• Coordinate and oversee daily site operations to ensure project guidelines are being followed.
• Supervise site staff to maintain high quality and safety standards throughout the project.
• Communicate effectively with project managers to align on project objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures at all phases of the project.
• Interpret project blueprints and plans to guide the construction process accurately.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments when necessary to achieve project goals.
• Resolve onsite issues promptly to minimize disruptions and maintain work schedule adherence.
• Oversee the procurement and management of materials and equipment necessary for the project.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain clear records of site activities, inspections, and any incidents that occur.
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to align on project timelines and expectations.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on project progress to the project management team.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role on construction sites.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes and project management principles.
• Familiarity with construction software and technology to enhance project efficiency.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team management and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities to handle unexpected challenges on site.
• Thorough understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to construction.
