Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily site operations for fit-out projects (e.g., partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, MEP finishes).
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and labor resources.
  • Ensure all work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and approved shop drawings.
  • Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and local building codes.
  • Enforce compliance with company HSE policies and procedures.
  • Conduct toolbox talks and safety inductions for workers and subcontractors.
  • Report and address safety incidents, hazards, or near-misses immediately.
  • Assist the Project Manager in developing short-term programs and lookahead schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile

4+ years experience in interior fit-out or finishing works, including recreational, and hospitality projects.
