The Site Supervisor - Engineer is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and technical performance of facility systems and infrastructure. This role ensures that all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building services operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and regulations. The Site Supervisor coordinates maintenance teams and contractors, manages preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, monitors equipment performance, and ensures minimal downtime. Additionally, the role involves supporting energy efficiency initiatives, handling site inspections, and providing technical reports to ensure a reliable and well-maintained facility environment.
