The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Subcontract Administrator Civil + TCF with a proven track record in managing subcontractor relationships and overseeing procurement activities for civil works and temporary construction facilities. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality execution of subcontract packages, contributing directly to the success of high-profile oil & gas projects. This role demands strong coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, as well as the ability to navigate complex contractual frameworks and site logistics. Candidates with deep knowledge of FIDIC contracts, vendor management, and site-based operations will thrive in this dynamic and impactful position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, or Business Administration
• Legal qualification is preferred but not mandatory
• Working knowledge of UAE law is advantageous, especially in relation to construction and subcontracting practices
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

• Contractual Expertise: Proven experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating NDAs, subcontract agreements, and purchase order terms & conditions within a service company or EPC environment
• Industry Insight: Practical exposure to oil & gas, engineering, and construction projects, ideally with Middle East experience Prior engagement with UAE National Oil Companies (e.g., ADNOC) is highly desirable
• Commercial Acumen: Ability to identify and mitigate liability gaps between prime contracts and downstream subcontracts or POs Strong understanding of contracting principles, risk allocation, and commercial strategy
• Systems & Procedures: Familiarity with company finance and HR systems, and awareness of relevant corporate and project procedures Experience using contract management platforms and ERP tools
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Excellent understanding of client contract structures, policies, and flow-down requirements Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with legal, procurement, and project teams
• Leadership & Team Management: Experience in leading and mentoring teams (if applicable to the role) Ability to manage workload across multiple subcontract packages and deadlines
