Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced Site Resident Engineer to lead and manage site operations for building projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in delivering projects in compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.


  • Manage and supervise daily site operations and contractors.
  • Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, drawings, and QA/QC standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve on-site challenges, and enforce safety protocols.
  • Provide technical guidance and ensure high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years as a Resident Engineer.
  • Strong expertise in building projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use).
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
