Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality inspections and testing on façade materials and installation processes.
  • Document quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Work closely with site engineers and subcontractors to maintain quality standards.
  • Prepare detailed quality reports for management review.

Key Result Areas (KRAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  1. Inspection and Compliance
    KPI 1: Conduct 100% of required inspections on time.
    KPI 2: Achieve zero recurring quality issues.
  2. Documentation and Reporting
    KPI 1: Submit inspection reports within 24 hours of completion.
    KPI 2: Maintain 100% accurate documentation of quality control activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality control, preferably with façade installations.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and testing procedures.
