Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Update the schedule based on inputs received from project team

  • Prepare the monthly Progress reports
  • Monitor progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
  • Prepare Monthly client invoice for buildings
  • Analyze gaps between the planned and actual progress and highlight the areas of concern which required action of the associate task member (delay analysis)
  • Prepare the Self Execution Performance analysis report
  • Prepare the Sub-Contractors Performance analysis report
  • Assist in OT Claims
  • Prepare the Action Plan (Modified Sequence)
  • Monitor the Subcontractors Schedules.
  • Prepare the Procurement Dates - Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products
  • Monitor critical activities based on the project schedule and advise project management
  • Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Civil/ Architecture Engineering.

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in site planning, construction scheduling, or a related engineering field.
  • Proven track record of managing complex construction or utility projects from planning through execution.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
  • Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site operations.
  • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and site conditions.
