Site Manager

Summary:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will also coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure project execution meets all specifications and timelines.

Responsibilities:
Manage site supervisors and track their daily and weekly progress.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project advancements.
Oversee subcontractors and track the progress of work and deliverables.
Manage client relations and address complaints and incidents promptly.
Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure project execution.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Instrumentation
Minimum 10 years of experience in EPC projects (electrical, mechanical, instrumentation) within the Energies industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management methodologies
Knowledge of quality and HSE standards
