Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise site-level HR & admin staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage manpower mobilization/demobilization in line with project needs.
- Handle onboarding & induction (visa, medicals, Tawjeeh, biometrics).
- Maintain employee records: attendance, leave, contracts, IDs.
- Monitor site attendance, absences, and discipline with supervisors.
- Manage payroll inputs (timesheets, overtime) for HO processing.
- Support grievance handling, disciplinary actions & conflict resolution.
- Coordinate with operations for manpower planning & logistics.
- Oversee camp & welfare management: accommodation, transport, catering, PPE, HSE.
- Ensure compliance with company policies & UAE labor laws.
- Prepare HR/admin reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism).
- Handle audits, inspections, and government/client documentation.
- Manage exit process: clearance, final settlement & documentation.
- Act as main HR point of contact for site-level issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and site HR practices.
- Proficiency in employee documentation and record-keeping.
- Expertise in attendance and timekeeping management.
- Skilled in conflict resolution and grievance handling.
- Leadership ability with team supervision experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with site logistics (accommodation, transport, etc.).
