• Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve design and construction issues.
• Ensure all materials and equipment used on-site meet required standards.

• Manage project resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a construction-related role, preferably on-site.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders.
