Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
  • Plan, organize, and manage resources including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Conduct site inspections and surveys to verify work quality, progress, and safety compliance.
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly site reports, including progress, budget, and incident updates.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Assist in scheduling, procurement, and material management for construction activities.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Construction Engineering; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in site engineering or site management.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects under pressure.
  • Proficient in construction management and engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera).
