Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Site Engineer (Developer Side) to represent the developer on-site and ensure projects are delivered in line with approved designs, quality standards, authority regulations, and timelines. The role involves close coordination with contractors, consultants, and authorities to drive successful execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor daily site activities ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intent
• Oversee high-rise residential construction, with strong focus on finishing works quality is a must
• Ensure workmanship, materials, and installations meet QA/QC standards
• Track construction progress, identify risks, and report delays or deviations
• Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, material approvals, and site inspections
• Ensure compliance with UAE authorities (DM, DEWA, DCD, RERA, etc.)
• Monitor HSE implementation and promote safe site practices
• Support snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning, and project handover
• Verify work progress for certifications, variations, and close-out documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Architectural Engineering
✔ 3–5 years of experience in Dubai, preferably on developer side
✔ Proven experience in high-rise residential projects
✔ Strong finishing works experience is mandatory
✔ Good understanding of MEP coordination and interfaces
✔ Knowledge of UAE building codes and authority procedures
✔ Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD; Aconex experience is an advantage
✔ Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
