Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
You will be integral in supporting the company Safety First culture though behaviour and engineering solutions.
You ll play a pivotable role in managing the maintenance strategy, ensuring asset reliability, and delivering capital improvements that support long-term business objectives and compliance with industry regulations.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead site maintenance and engineering operations, improving reliability and equipment effectiveness.
- Deliver capital projects and support the evolution of site infrastructure and safety systems.
- Manage site services and utilities, ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
- Implement and evolve preventative maintenance strategies aligned with business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to meet site performance goals.
- Drive continuous improvement using best practices, 5S, and lean methodologies.
Desired Candidate Profile
A degree or HND in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Process, or Chemical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance within a chemical or COMAH-regulated site. Strong project management experience with a track record in capital delivery and site upgrades. Proficiency in CMMS systems and Microsoft Office tools. Effective communication skills and the ability to lead and motivate technical teams. A proactive mindset with a focus on HSE standards, efficiency, and long-term asset care.
