Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all on-site steel structure fabrication and erection activities.
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with project schedule, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to engineering and safety standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support on-site.
- Manage manpower, equipment, and material allocation efficiently.
- Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2–12 years of experience in steel structure fabrication and erection projects (UAE experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of steel fabrication techniques, erection methods, and construction drawings.
- Excellent site management and coordination skills.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
