Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate daily activities between subcontractors, labor, and site staff to achieve smooth workflow.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to health & safety protocols.
  • Interpret and execute project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Provide technical support and resolve any engineering or site issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure that materials, equipment, and manpower are available on time to avoid delays.
  • Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress records, and documentation for project management.
  • Assist in cost control and resource management, minimizing wastage and maximizing productivity.
  • Liaise with consultants, project managers, and clients to report progress and address site challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, quality, and safety standards at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience (7 8 years) as a Site Engineer in construction projects (infrastructure, industrial, or building works).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, technical drawings, and project execution.
  • Familiarity with Egyptian Building Codes and international standards (advantage)
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (Revit or Primavera is a plus).
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills in English and Arabic.
