Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and follow up on all finishing works for villas and apartments.
- Ensure that all finishing activities meet quality standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and workers to maintain project timelines.
- Provide and purchase required materials for the site, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor the execution of painting, flooring, carpentry, gypsum, and other finishing tasks.
- Conduct quality inspections and resolve any site-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of site progress and material usage.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
