Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and monitor work at the construction site

  • Ensure work is done according to drawings and specifications

  • Coordinate with contractors, workers, and other engineers

  • Check materials, tools, and equipment needed on-site

  • Prepare daily reports and updates for the project manager

  • Ensure safety rules and quality standards are followed

  • Solve site issues and report any problems

  • Assist in planning and scheduling site activities

  • Attend site meetings as required

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the project manager

Desired Candidate Profile

* Must be currently in the UAE

*Any Nationality

* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

* Engineer license is required

* Fresh graduates with a valid engineer license are welcome to apply

* Good knowledge of construction and site work

* Ability to read and understand technical drawings

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Willing to work on-site (in outdoor conditions)

* Can work under pressure

* UAE driving license preferred

* Can join immediately
